Travel CT Technologist in Massachusetts, USA

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT diagnostic imaging procedures on patients of all ages
• Record internal elements of the body and identify anomalies
• Adjust equipment and calm patients to eliminate test artifacts
• Monitor patients for physical and emotional changes
• Evaluate and review test results with peers and physicians
• Prepare diagnostic information for physician interpretation
• Maintain patient charts, update file systems, and clean equipment and workspace
• Instruct patients in pretest preparation, answer questions, and explain procedures
• Administer contrast agents according to site-specific protocols
• Maintain current Permits to Practice in all states in which services are performed

Requirements:

• Clinical Radiographer background with a minimum of 2 years CT clinical experience
• Valid ARRT license registered in CT and Maryland state radiography license
• VIA experience a plus
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, reliability, sound judgment, and initiative

Salary:

$2,800.00 - $4,800.00 per week plus weekly per diem

Duration:

Contracts for specific locations are up to a year.
